I cancelled my subscription and they sent me 4 filters that cost me $38.00. I talked to them and they said the subscription is canceled then why are you taking money out of my account and send me more filters when it’s canceled I demanded my money back well guess what? I’ve not heard another word from them. I don’t recommend dealing with Celine over the water dog fountain filters don’t sign up for it. I had to cancel my cart so they wouldn’t use it again….

Your not a trustworthy Company. I already reported you to the Better business bureau with complaints about your costumer service and not answering emails in a timely fashion l also told them about your lack of phone service. You have total disregard for your costumers and you don't care whether or not I get my package. I still don't have a confirmed delivery date for my order. If I don't get my order I'm contacting my bank and getting my order back from you.

This situation is beyond frustrating. Order #66538 was for a water fountain my elderly parents purchased for approximately $150. It was a significant splurge for them, and the fountain began leaking and became unusable after only a few months. It has now been over a month of trying to get this resolved. My father and I have sent numerous emails, followed up repeatedly, and provided the information requested. The pattern is unbelievable: Selene responds almost immediately when I leave a public review, tells me to email them at their info@ email address and says the matter will be prioritized, and then does not respond to the emails. I emailed them again yesterday both before and after they responded publicly to my review. Still no response. No meaningful update. No shipping confirmation. No tracking information. No resolution. This is especially upsetting because this purchase was for my elderly parents, who are not particularly tech savvy and should not have to spend more than a month chasing a company to honor its product and customer service commitments. They feel completely taken advantage of, and I don’t blame them. I have already reported the matter to the Attorney General’s office and will also be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. At this point, I am simply asking Selene to do what it has repeatedly said publicly that it would do: resolve the issue and provide either a replacement with confirmed shipping and tracking information or a full refund. It should not require repeated public reviews just to get a company to respond to its customers. I will continue documenting this experience publicly until order #66538 is finally resolved.

I have sent no less then 6 emails with no answer from them. They put me on a subscription without my knowledge for filters and I already purchased a supply. I dont want a monthly subscription and they say they are going to charge ny card. Its a scam. Reviews say they are not a reputable company

after paying so much money including a year worth of filters, we have tried everything to get this dog to drink from it. After three days I had to give up and let him drink from a regular bowl. He’s terrified of it and no matter what we do we can’t get him to even go near it. I’d love to be able to attach some of the videos that I took of us trying to get him to even go near the thing.

Zero. Wrong filters sent and still no reply from the company to rectify it. Fake reviews stating how wonderful they are. If you call the phone number, they promise reply in 12 hours. It has been weeks. STAY AWAY from them

I apparently subscribed and I can’t get off their long list of various subscriptions. It’s a nightmare from which I can NOT wake up. Not to mention my dog was terrified if the fountain that kept turning off and on. She wouldn’t even try to drink because when she. got close to it the water would start and scare her away. Please help me get off this recrring nightmare!

I ordered a Selene pet bowl on July 27th... similar to what other people are experiencing the package supposedly got sent back after not being able to deliver due to zip code. I have emailed numerous times. They even sent me new filters for a bowl I never received and I can't get ahold of anyone to return them to get a refund. I'm now going to have to get a different bank card because they are charging me for a filter subscription I never signed up for.
