GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008.In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week.In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US.In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

Excellent service at prices about 20% lower than Amazon or more. I was excited to find high quality German flour and half baked brotchen which are next to impossible to find in California. The parcel arrived in a couple days and couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

The Package arrived today, quick and everything was well wrapped. It’s easy to order and the prices are fair. Shipping cost reasonable and well worth it. The Brötchen and the wonderful Bread will be on our breakfast table tomorrow morning. Will definitely order again.

I couldn't believe how FAST our order got here! FROM GERMANY! Incredible! It was 3 days from the order date! I didn't even know that was possible! This is a great shop! Great communication, prompt shipping (LIGHTNING SPEED!), just great overall! If you miss your German products, this is definitely a great option! And the shipping is totally reasonable! I don't know how they do it!

I placed an order on May 19, 2025. The next day I realized that I had given the wrong delivery address and send an email to that effect. A couple of hours later I got a phone call from a very helpful gentleman. We got the problem solved. I received my order approximately one week later. I was impressed with the help I got, my order and the delivery date. Thank you again. I will order again.

My initial order was packed and send quickly, and it was held up along the way. Upon arrival, only half my order had arrived! I reached out to Germanshop24 and told them my issue. They filed a claim and asked that I tell them the missing items. They then shipped another box with all my missing items. They've always been fair, and reasonable with pricing. This is why they will continue to earn my business!
