The product is great, and the way they simplify selecting the right product is even better. Best of all... I kid you not... my restock arrived the day I had to evacuate to get out of the way of hurricane Ian. Obviously, the package was no longer sitting on my doorstep when I returned. I contacted Geologie for a replacement and not only did they send it but they were incredibly polite and understanding, especially given the sheer ridiculousness of the scenario. They didn't have to replace my stuff. It wasn't their fault. I would have understood if they hadn't. They did though, and I'm very thankful.

They don't send you any reminders that you have a subscription or if they are going to place an order and you won't know till you get the notification from your bank, after that, they don't let you cancel an order almost immediately after it's been placed saying 'it left the warehouse' and then if you claim that you won't open the package and will send it back, they won't accept that. It also gave me more acne but they'll probably just say 'your skin is getting used to it' or something like that and I don't see any difference in the dark circle cream but that might be because 30 days is too short

Let me start by saying this, I typically do not leave reviews but felt obligated to do so for this company. I started off by receiving the free trial, and at first liked the product. Not very long after the company charged me 150$ for a full set even though I had never fully signed up and was still hadn’t finished the trial period. After contacting support they gave me the option to either return the product or get a 40% discount on the product. Since I hadn’t had much issue with the product I decided to forgo returning and instead kept the product but informed them I would not like to continue the service and to cancel the rest of my subscriptions. 3 months goes by and what do you know, another 150$ charge. I contact customer support and they told me that even after I had clearly let them know I was no longer wanting their product that unless I went through a cancellation process on their website It didn’t count. I asked to return the product and they informed me that they no longer accepted returns. I then asked for a discount stating that it was the least they could do after the continued mixup. They refused on multiple occasions, and would do nothing to help. I finally agave up and instead asked for where to place a review for the customer service and what do ya know “we’ve decided to give you a 25% discount”. Funny how these things work. Be careful signing up for this trial I suggest you do you diligence to cancel as soon as you receive the product and then purchase at a later date if you choose. They will do everything they can to stick you with the product even if box is unopened.

If I could give this 0 stars I would . I was never contacted before my trial ended to see if I wanted to proceed with the products I got and instead they charged me $192 and sent me a new order. I removed my card from my account so I wouldn’t be charged but clearly they saved it so they could then charge me. I don’t even like these products which makes it worse. Terrible company terrible products terrible customer service .

Tanja was extremely helpful in changing my address and re-routing my order after a recent refill order went through. My initial email was responded to promptly and my issue was immediately fixed, all thanks to Tanja. I really appreciated it.

Great company with great workers and communication.

Geologie chose a wonderful set of skincare products just for me. It works well with my sensitive skin and I haven't had any problems. My sister complimented my smoother skin.

Basically a scam. See all the reviews below. Same pattern, same deceptive behavior. I contacted the NY Attorney General consumer complaint division and encourage all of you to do the same. Has all the makings of a class action lawsuit.
