The products themselves are fantastic. For years I've been looking for a skin care routine that works. Love the face wash, moisturizing cream is good, but I'm starting to prefer the hydro gel, because it keeps my face from getting oily. The night cream is a bit expensive, but seems to work pretty well. The one thing I'm really not a fan of is their website. All in all, I'd recommend the products.

Let me be the first to say that I was truly not impressed with this product. I have sensitive skin so I was excited to try the product to see if it worked out for me. Within one day my already smooth skin, broke out like crazy from using the product. I ended up have to use aloe Vera gel and castor oil every single day until the redness, bumps and dry skin went away. Not only that, my skin felt like it was burning post using the products. I believe I experienced a chemical burn which was not fun to try to manage. Unfortunately, I do not suggest the product and would be weary purchasing from the company based on my experience. I will say, the free trial shipping was great and thankfully, I was able to cancel the automatic subscription you’re put on before anything else was shipped out. With that, I advise you to stay on top of it and pay attention to see if it really is for you.

Our team unfortunately never heard from you during the trial period, otherwise we would have been more than happy to help you through any irritation with tips on application adjustment, additional blog resources or even a potential formula swap. One of our support leads reached out directly to see how we can still help and is awaiting your response. It's not uncommon for folks to go through what dermatologists call a "transition period" while your skin is adjusting to the new active ingredients in a skincare routine. Retinol is oftentimes the biggest culprit and can lead to new breakouts, dryness, redness and/or irritation in this time. The good news is that these downsides pass quickly as you ramp up to nightly application of our retinol moisturizer and your skin becomes more acclimated to the formulas. We advise starting off with the night cream every OTHER night for this reason, and if you're still experiencing any of the above adverse reactions around two or three weeks of use, it's okay to slow down and scale back to applying the night cream every other night again instead of every night. I've been a Geologie customer for a few years now. I've been impressed with the continuous improvement over time in the items, the packaging, and the overall offerings of this company. My wife caught on early - she started quietly using my face wash, then straight up stole it. Then my 2 daughters started stealing it from her. Needless to say - now we get 3 face washes per shipment to cover my whole family's needs. The products are fresh smelling, wash away cleanly, don't leave oily or greasy residue, and just feel great. My face looks better than ever and now I'm finally giving myself the protection I deserve. This isn't the cheapest stuff around, but if you're like me, you owe it to yourself to treat yourself to something better. With Geologie - the old adage of "you get what you pay for" truly holds up. Huge thumbs up for this company!
