I'm an old man in his 40s. I've never had a face cleaning routine. Ever. As the wrinkles set in from a life of hard living, I decided to give the Geologie line a shot. I'm so glad I did. My face, my appearance, has improved noticably since starting this treatment. Lines a little less noticable, the massive suitcases for bags under my eyes have turned into small hand bags. I feel more confidence and less embarrassment. The fact you can try the product for free (only shipping) made this an easy decision for me. I would tell anyone considering it to absolutely give it a shot. Well worth it.

There was a mishap with the delivery of my order, probably not by fault of Geologie, but very likely local shipping carrier. I reached out to Geologie customer support and was assisted by Jason. After explaining what happened and some due diligence work by Jason, he was able to present an exceptional resolution. But more than that, was his courtesy and professionalism. To keep it simple, Geologie is great. You should give them a try. Here's why: First and foremost, the products work. I've been using them for about a year and a half now after sorting through a bunch of different brands on my own and I've noticed improvements in oil and acne reduction and a smoother more even complexion overall. I have very sensitive skin, so I've always found it difficult to find products that worked for me. Geologie simplified the equation and removed all the stress that came with skincare. Anytime I've needed to make adjustments as well, they've been happy to help by sending free trial products and checking in to see how my skin is adjusting. One of Geologie's greatest strengths is their customer care. Any time, I've ever had an issue, they are swift to provide solutions. I moved to London from DC after starting my subscription with them, and on one occasion my order was delayed. Then it made it to London only to be sent back without me ever learning why. Geologie was quick to send a new shipment free of charge and issued a future discount as well. I've never had any shipping issues since. They are certainly worth a shot. Took a month from the order date to come in. When I contacted customer service about poor shipping time and how 3 weeks in and the order hadn’t even processed, they didn’t care. Won’t be ordering again. Comparable product can be found at Ulta without the wait.

Terrible customer service, long shipping times , glitchy website, can’t tell how much is left in your bottle to know when you have to order more….
