Very impressed with the technology! Taking my AncestryDNA raw data and coming up with a customized list of foods that are best for me and my genetic makeup, is awesome! Also liked the customized vitamin recommendations so I know what my particular body needs are!

I really love the initial test results and orientation provided. However, the application itself could be more user friendly. I have had to go back and reset my settings when I log in so it "remembers" my allergies and food preferences. Also, based on the foods that are "best" or "great" for me it leaves a lot out. It's helpful there's foods to avoid but there are so many things like fruits and vegetables in the gray area that just aren't listed. I feel a bit out to drift guessing and have to cross-reference other materials to try and figure it out. More guidance or lists would be helpful. Such as: low glycemic foods, alternatives to wheat and gluten, information/links to things like diabetes or hypothyroidism or potential foods to avoid for those with migraines or arthritis. I know it's a lot but these are useful resources.

My Genopalate results have helped shift my food choices in the right direction. I tried Keto and, while I did lose a little weight, I didn’t feel my overall health was improving. My results came back and I understood why. According to my DNA I function best with a moderately high carb and protein and a low fat diet. Making those adjustments has actually decreased my appetite given me more energy.

It was so insightful, I was truly mindblown by my macros and can't wait to incorporate my supplements and new foods into my daily life.
