So I got my results and WOW! I’ve been eating 50% protein and i should only be eating 25%. So started eating my genes this week and dropped 5 pounds already. I’m super excited to see how the nexts few months go. I’ve been trying to loose weight for 3 years and never get anywhere. To loose 5 pounds in one week is amazing. People are already noticing too. Makes you feel good and scream the praises of eating your gene type. Thank you GenoPalate

Great idea and OK experience so far but could be better. I'm finding it hard to put their recommendations into practice, but in their defense, I haven't really put enough effort into it myself. I thought that it would be easier to implement right away. There is one major omission that would make it much better. There should be a way to enter in allergies or foods that you want to avoid for any reason. It would also be great if you could build recipes with ingredients and see how they measure up to your nutrient goals. I also wish there was more information about exactly how they know what your macronutrient ratios should be. Why should I trust the results? I was very surprised to find that I was recommended a relatively high amount of carbs even though much of what I have been reading lately about keto diets would suggest that higher carbs is not a good strategy for anyone. Maybe they have added more info that I haven't made the effort to look for and read yet since I purchased the report quite a while ago, but I couldn't find it at that time.

The continuing support has also helped in my journey to better health through better eating for me and even what supplements I need to take based on my DNA. The bonus recipes are also quite good. Love the idea of GenoPalate so I had to try it. With pulling my 23 and me results I got my GenoPlate back in record time. I was surprised to see some of the food items on the list. Although they tell you about the choice Im still unsure how they interact better in my body than other foods. Still, there were only a few surprises. It helped me to validate what I was doing all along. I would recommend.
