I thought I was going to get List of items I should be eating and others I definitely not be eating. For $350. I should have done something else. I’m disappointed. Lesson learned though.

I am intrigued by your theory determining the needs of the human body's requirements regarding vitamins and minerals. I'm in the middle of my second 90-day cycle with your product. I am a 74-year-old male just trying to maintain a decent standard of health. Unfortunately I'm going through some kind of flu-like experience at the moment which started about a week ago. I love the product. Dislike I can not speak to a real human to get things correct. I had my delivery schedule changed without my authorization and I ened up canceling my vitamin subscription to get it to all stop

I’m not sure what to think so I’ll give it three stars. I was very excited to receive my report but very disappointed with what was in it…Eel? Chicken liver? That is just ridiculous. How many people eat either of those on any sort of regular basis and yet there they are being offered up as top food choices for me. No, I’m not going to be eating that.

Most of the session was showing what was on the web site. The best guidance I got was when you showed how to tailor the food list with lifestyle preferences. I think a typical day's action employing ideas like "what to have for breakfast?", would be good. Like go thru a course with three dishes. Show each dish and reference the whys and what-fors of each dish. People watching might not agree with something but at least the areas of concern are employed not just shown with 'this is this' and 'that is that'.

I have not tried this product yet but have looked at these reviews to help me decide if this is something for me. Observation so far is that many of the 5 star reviews are marked "Invited" indicates that the business invited the reviewer to write. It also gave me a good reason to do more research on the subject. Trustpilot is a great start.

Almost hit the button to order this before reading the reviews! I notice that (a). the company gives the exact same feedback to any negative report and (b) without exception every one of the positive reviews were ones that had been "invited". What does that tell you?
