I purchased a phone on February 7th 2026. 3 weeks later I notice the phone is not holding a charge. I could not use it the whole day and the battery still runs completely down. When I called I was told that it had been over 30 days. 4 days over the 30 days to be exact, and they said they cannot replace the phone. I have seen at least 10 other reviews stating similar situations. Your battery should still be in good condition in 34 days. Absolutely absurd. Do not buy a phone or get any services with gen mobile they are definitely a rip off I dont care if I paid $1 for the phone. I paid out of pocket for the phone and it's not working properly.
