I like gen mobile
I like gen mobile, but my only issues are the data is going out to frequently, the phone shuts off on it's own.

I do appreciate everything that this company has done . On that note my number is no longer working so I can't receive or make any calls or messages.

It works for what I need it for
It works for what I need it for. Picture quality is horrible but I can receive calls and receive emails. Internet can be a little slow

Hi Amber, thank you for your feedback the Lifeline phones that we provide for free are meant to cover essential use like calls, texts and light browsing, but we know some people need a little more. We do offer low cost upgrade options if you want better performance if you’d like to explore them.
