I LOVE my Flexi Lap Desk 2.0. It has everything I could need. It works well for my computer as well as providing a portable drawing desk for art. So well designed, even my picky husband was impressed.

My new lamp has really transformed my home office workspace. It allows me to read comfortably for long periods of time and write without my glasses.

It's a bit pricy but worth the expense. The stand is very well constructed, sturdy and easy to use. the light and the bookholder are great additions, too. My only minor complaint is the legs don't fold up flat if the book holder is secured underneath.

I received a defective product. I really did not expect it to happen. Then ist took more than a day to get in contact with the helpline. They promised me to send a replacement item. The sending information was quite fast. But since then the product has NOT yet been sent. I do not think I can recommend any of your product or service. I am really disappointed!!!

I used the wrong card and reached out by email within 6 minutes. No phone number was made available. I did not receive a reply but instead several automated emails (to an email address I did not give them) telling me that my order was shipped. Expensive to return and difficult to do in the days before the holidays and year's end. Disappointing. Now will not be able to receive reimbursed from employer. Will not order from Genion Space again. Plenty of other products on Amazon with fast and free service.

I wish I could give this lamp a review however, it’s still not here. What’s worse is the Customer Service experience with finger pointing as opposed to diplomatic apology and proper explanation. Add in a dose of sincere assistance rather than placing the obligation on the customers, part to navigate through the maze of wasteful time with multiple trackings, and you have a perfect scenario for the holiday season. Nevertheless, I’m hopeful that the product will be as advertised and though it missed the time expected, I’ve got my fingers crossed that I can take time from early January priorities to reset my workspace.

The lamp did not work. The "return" process is like jumping through hoops. First, they wanted me to send a video of the problem. I couldn't do a video, and told them so. THEN they wanted me to take photos of the thing not working. I've asked for a refund each time. Still no offer to refund my money. And $150 bucks is a lot to me.

I ordered 3 lamps. One is fine (and it's a great product) but the two others don't rotate at the base which make them totally unusable. I also ordered the screen holder and the hex screws to tighten it in position are very fragile.
