The idea is good, but the feeling in the product is a bit lacking. The attachment to the desk, combined with a thin arm, makes it wobbly, when you come in contact with disk, the lamp starts swaying. And I don’t like the big company logo on the lamp. But the light spread is good, it came in a nice box, and communication under delivery was good.

i love the light quality however the arm does not stay in the right position there must be a way to fix this issue? it is an expensive lamp after all any suggestion?

Well packaged lamp but I’ve been disappointed - it’s not as easy to bend into desired shape, or as stable as I thought it would be - and the dimming facility is a bit clunky. I was expecting more due to the expensive. price

I am unable to comment on this product as I have bought it as a gift for my daughter and not unpacked other than to check it is what I ordered. However, I would very much like to say how well it was packaged and was delighted that I received it well in time for Christmas. My sincere thanks.

The lamp came really carefully packaged which meant no damage in transit. Set-up was easy although the simple, single clamp isn't really sufficient to ensure a stable platform. The lighting features are brilliant - 10/10. The huge disappointment is the spongy hinges - particularly the bottom one near the clamp. It's completely hopeless - simply flops back when I try to move the arm. Granted this is a tricky design challenge but in an item this expensive it should - must? - be better. Really disappointed.

Lamp stopped working after just two and a half weeks of use. Can't work out why. Utterly useless. Loved it until that point. Wish I had read the reviews first. UPDATE: I was contacted after my review and, after sending a short video proving it was not working, my lamp was replaced. It took a couple of weeks and as yet all good. Therefore I have switched from a 1 to 3 star review. If the produce hadn't broken it would have been 5 stars as it is good.
