I would say to stay away from this dealership and General Motors vehicles in General). I am also putting a review out as soon as I figure out exactly how against General) motors. I bought a new 2025 Chevy equinox with 400 miles on it. Ever since I bought it about 15 months ago I’ve had it in the shop multiple times for the same issue over and over again. They can never duplicate the problem when I’m there so always have the car for a couple days and then send it home. It’s had a hesitation and almost like a misfire, but they continue to tell me it basically can’t be. Another dealership found an error message and a warning. When I took it back To the dealership they fixed, supposedly the first problem, which started again less than a week later. But this last time they had my vehicle in the shop for over six weeks, a brand new vehicle in the shop for six weeks for electrical issues in the dash. After reaching out to General Motors under their lemon Law) and buyback program. They denied me twice because the color is 400 miles on it when I bought it from the dealership. I then went through the dealership themselves who got their rep with General Motors involved and was told that since they had it for over 30 days straight and could not fix the problem after doing exactly what General Motors told them to do multiple times. They told me it was definitely part of the buyback program and that they were working up the paperwork to buy that car back for me and get me into a brand new one that is working and safe. I was now told that the Rep) of Grieco Chevrolet through General) motors said the same thing General) motors did and that they cannot buy the vehicle back because it had 400 miles on it. I will not be bullied by a large dealership or manufacturer that doesn’t want to do the right thing when even the employees of the service department have said it’s definitely a buyback. I guess it’s time to get attorneys involved because no one wants to do the right thing. STAY AWAY FROM GRIECO CHEVROLET, GENERAL MOTORS AND CHEVY EQUINOX

My experience with General Motors after my under-warranty 2025 Chevrolet Trax caught fire has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I cooperated fully, made the vehicle available, attended GM's inspection, and provided everything requested. Despite waiting for months, I was given very few meaningful answers about how my claim was being evaluated. Throughout the process, I repeatedly asked what had been inspected, what evidence was considered, and how GM reached its conclusion. Instead of receiving clear explanations, I was told there was no evidence of a defect, but I was not provided the technical assessment or enough information to understand how that determination was made. Communication was frustrating and inconsistent. I spent months waiting for updates, often being told to wait longer, while continuing to deal with the financial burden of storing a vehicle that GM also instructed me to preserve. My questions about the investigation were never fully answered. My concern is not only that my claim was denied, but that the process lacked transparency. When a nearly new vehicle experiences a fire and a customer is left without a clear explanation of how the investigation was conducted, it undermines confidence in the claims process. Consumers deserve timely communication, straightforward answers, and a transparent explanation of decisions that significantly affect them. Based on my experience, GM did not meet those expectations.

Should have an option for zero starters 2022 Silverado acoustic junk since the first 2 months I had it engine problems transmission problem. Don't deal with customer service at GM. Nothing but liars and drag it along. Just get a lawyer and file for lemon law.

My mother was: "Very disappointed with this organization. Was sold a new 2025 Traverse LT by Chevy Perrysburg and it immediately had issues not even one month after leasing it. Since starting the lease it has been in their shop twice for the same issues, with them a total of 3 weeks. The spark plugs and injectors had to be replaced on a BRAND NEW CAR. While still having to make payments on a vehicle I didn't have, and that was a piece of junk. I called GM numerous times telling them all the issues that were occurring, they did nothing, and did not want to buy it back from me, which would have been the right thing to do. But no! Stuck with this car that still acts up to this day! This company really needs to consider how they are building these cars! It is not right and not even the dealership would do anything. I should not have to be stuck with this vehicle, not even offered a different vehicle! Everyone made money off of me! GM and Chevy Perrysburg have lost a customer."

I bought a 2026 Electric GM Cadillac Vistiq in July of 2025. It felt like a great car for 6-8000 miles. I was aware that the air conditioner was mediocre and I chalked it up to "it's an EV". The heat was very lacking as well. Again, it was an "EV". The Supercruise was amazing. The car was garage kept and I had a level 2 charger in my garage. In February of 2026 I was travelling, I had charged at a Tesla charger- which I had used several times before. It was a warm day for February in Alabama but not miserable. Shortly after charging, the "Service High Voltage" battery came on. Calling on Star service for a diagnostic was a complete waste, all they could tell me was that if I was comfortable, I could keep driving it, otherwise, they could call a tow truck. I took it to the dealer and they ran diagnostics....came up with a plan but couldn't tell me when part would get there...GM couldn't tell them when the part would get there. Part came, part damaged, after four weeks, part came, part installed, part didn't repair it. Car went back in.....car never came out. GM just threw things out to see what may stick. I was very appreciative of my advisor because he didn't try to convince me that it was repaired when It wasn't. June 14, we finalized the buy back. It is unbelievable that GM appear a to have no understanding of the battery system and HVAC system being tied together...I am seeing this happen with so many of their EV's - lots of service departments are resetting the codes and sending the cars home with people. I can go on and on but bottom line- if you are going to buy a Cadillac EV, force GM to explain this battery and cooling issue and what they are doing to repair it. The battery cooling system is also the cabin cooling system if dealerships say they aren't aware of the issue, run.... Know your lemon laws and don't give up or give in....GM actually offered me a 2500.00 toward a new GM vehicle, while my new car was still in their shop. When they did finally agree to the buy back, it still took a crazy amount of time, like having a part delivered from the manufacturer.

I'm appalled by the lack of support from General Motors (GM) regarding my Cadillac Escalade's warranty issue. Despite being a top American auto brand, GM failed to stand behind their name and allowed the dealership, Frank Kent of Arlington, TX, to disregard the warranty on parts. After spending $4,000 on original lifetime warranty struts that broke after just one year, GM offered a meager $200 in cost assistance. This is unacceptable and a shame on GM.

Buenas tardes estoy pasando por unos problemas con una Cadillac Escalade ESV 2023 y no sé qué hacer ya que este año a estado más en el mecánico que en mi mano tengo una compañía de transporte y he tenido meses pasando situaciones con el vehículo y se le a dañado el motor 4 veces ya y esta vez fue en el taller de ellos que se dañó pero que pasaría si se dañara en la autopista así como ya me ha pasado y un truck me pasará y me atropellará con mi familia o mis clientes creo que no es justo que un vehículo de más de 100,000 dólares no tenga como yo pueda ni siquiera pagarlo ahora , si pasara un accidente y alguien perdiera la vida por la mala función de sus motores y se trancan en la auto pista cuántas familias pueden perder la vida en las calles con el mal funcionamiento de ellos los accidentes en autopistas son entre 3 a 7 vehículos casi siempre y tenemos un vehículo en el cual hemos puesto nuestros ahorros y no tenemos resultados y ahora es que no podemos hablar con alguien que nos pueda ayudar por qué la deuda se queda para nosotros los compradores no es justo si sus motores o transmisiones no sirven hagan licuadora con ellos y vendan jugos en las esquinas y voy a llevar mi caso a la prensa ya estoy cansado

Been a loyal GM customer for over 30 years having purchased 18 new vehicles. The 6.2 liter engine recall was a joke at best. If you received a recall notice one of two things occurred. Fail the inspection get a new engine. Pass the inspection get an additional 50, 000 mile warranty (you get 100,000 on a new purchase), but are now required to have higher grade oil used per oil change. This costs $50 more per change. And when discussed with multiple layers at GM this is just considered a normal routine maintenance cost. Seems to me like I'm paying for the extended warranty. The difference in cost should have been picked up by GM as part of the recall.
