Booked appointment yesterday, supposed to receive a text by noon. Received a text at 11am saying they were reviewing my chart--I texted back thank you. Hour and a half later, I texted them asking if they needed anymore information. It's now been 2 1/2 hours and still have only received the initial text. Feels like a scam. Should have used urgent care.

This is a great service for people who struggle with time restraints due to work and can’t make it to traditional doctors appointments. This service has been thorough and on point. They are quick to send a care plan, lab work locations with prices, and more. I’m excited that I’ve found this service.

Really easy to get an appointment. Had to answer a lot of questions and I felt like they used that to match me with the proper general practice physician which was really helpful and appreciated. Doctor took time to listen and understand what was going on. Never felt rushed. Came up with a game plan and it all worked out.

I was very hesitant at first, but thought I would give it a try and I have to say I’m so glad I did..I have used the service several times.. I really like the Doctors, and the follow up care team, you aren’t rushed they ask question and listen..I highly recommend them.

My issues is, my insurance was verified and accepted and showed the correct prices for the services. However, when I checked out, it always reverted to cash price. I did not catch this the first time until I saw the invoice and it was too late. I reached out to customer service and they were not able to help. I also checked other services to see if I had the same issues m. It showed my insurance and the copay that was correct, again, upon trying to check out, the price sky rocketed. Even the price without insurance is not the actual cash price. My account also does not work. I sign in and it’s all blank. The AI generator consistently pops up, which is very annoying, I had to be sent the link by customer service for the lab I ordered to view it. I will definitely not use them again as it really seems shady.

The Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I also like the ease of making appointments and getting my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this site to others.
