I was having such a hard time finding an appointment with a neurologist after the onset of some worrying symptoms. Through General Medicine, I was able to have a virtual appointment with a primary care physician within 24 hours, who then reviewed my case with a neurologist. This gave me the quick peace of mind I needed. What was so valuable, though, was that GM reached out to a local neurologist for me and got me an in-person appointment for the same week. My PCP through GM continued to reach out to me to follow up, and I felt very supported the entire time.

The amount you pay is NOT the estimate. They billed my insurance a total of $517 for two 15 min phone calls and two prescriptions. I owe them $316.43 plus I already paid $20 “estimated cost for each visit.” And urgent care facility would be cheaper. This is NOT a good service unless you have the money to have the luxury of getting care from home. My two visits were 10/29/25 and 1/5/26

While all communication was through text, it was like a genuine conversation in a Drs office with a knowledgable physician. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I really liked the ideal of dicussing my health issues over the phone and not having to run in a snow storm.

I highly recommend General Medicine Co. I was able to see a doctor without a lengthy waiting period. I was taken seriously and tests were ordered. I was then referred to a specialist without a wait. Unfortunately, the healthcare where I live takes months to see a doctor, months for tests to be scheduled, and months for a follow up that leads into almost a year of waiting. With General Medicine the care I received was top of the line and prompt.

Cost was clear. Help was easy to get. I used the service to refill prescriptions and it was simple and fast!

The doctors/therapists were terrific. Process was easy to understand and convenient. Medicine prescribed worked as advertised. VERY positive experience from start to finish...

Wonderful and expedited service. Nurses and Doctors were professional and demonstrated superb bedside manner to a severe unknown illness, that required a CT Scan. Dr. Davis explained the results and gave detailed direction in how to proceed forward with what doctors.
