I’m so grateful I found general medicine! Exp with a busy life and 3 kids it’s so nice to be able to easily set an apt up when needed and get everything taken care of! And if you have any questions and need to msg them they get back to you super fast! I’ve never had a negative experience only positive!

Dr Meghan Taylor and the Care team took care of me. I felt heard and they followed through until my prior authorization was approved after it was denied. They maintained communication with me until I received my medication.

I was not familiar with General Medcine before they were recommended by ELilly. I am very pleased with the ease of scheduling a virtual appointment via Zoom. The entire process was streamlined and the results were better than I anticipated. I have already recommended General Medicine.

I liked the provider. She was very helpful and pleasant. But I do not appreciate being notified every couple of days to make a follow up appointment especially when i haven’t started to taking Wegovy. Its very annoying to me. I understand that there are patients that do appreciate these types of notifications. Its just not for me.

Too much time waiting for test results.
