Highly recommend, not regrets Thanks

I had been without my thyroid meds for far too long, long enough that My 61 yr old body felt like it was starting to shut down. I don't currently have a PCP. I just always went to the walk in clinic near my apt. However this time when I called them requesting a refill they turned me away telling me I need to go find a reg. PCP. I was at a loss and didn't know what I was going to do. I was So Lethargic and So Weak that I had a little breakdown before deciding to get on line and start searching for a Doctor. Anyway, I found myself searching on line for someone and GM popped up. So I read what they were all about and decided to give them a go. It was the Best Decision I've made this year..! The Service they Provided Me from the moment I 1st made contact with them was Not Only VERY PROFESSIONAL, but they Were So Very Kind that I felt as though they knew Me. They made Me Feel like they Sincerely Cared, Like I Had Worth and Like I Really Mattered to them. I felt like I had been going to them for years. I saw that along with many other services they provide, thru them for half the cost of any Doctors Office Visit ($30.00) I was Blessed to speak with a Doctor and explain to them my issues. These Folks Went Above and Beyond and not only did they give me a prescription, they came up with a list of Pharmacies I could get it filled at. I told them my choice and they called it in. The ABOVE AND BEYOND was when they told me they wanted me to also go get 2 labs done, and then do a follow up and get a 3rd lab done a couple weeks after that, Again, they showed me a list of Labs and as soon as I told them which Lab would work best for me, they contacted the Lab and scheduled my appts They then told me that I could just walk in when most convenient for me as long as it was on the days they scheduled. I Felt and Still Feel So Blessed to have found them. My 1st set of Labs isn't even until Sept 3rd and so I was Blown Away when they contacted me a couple days ago just to check up and see if my meds were making a difference yet. May God Bless Them All as they have Blessed Me. So if anyone reading this is looking for A Very Professional, Thoughtful, Caring Place to get Help with whatever your needs may be ... The process was pleasant and easy

I have been suffering with kidney stones for a good while now. I have tried to get in to see a urologist and the earliest appointment I can get is not until October. I used General Medicine, answered some questions and had a prescription that day. A week of taking the medication and I finally had some relief. If it wasn’t for General Medicine I would still be suffering

I had a very positive experience with General Medicine. The NP was attentive and listened to my concerns and my questions were answered.

They were great. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them. This group is more than the topical “doc in a box”. It felt as if we were in the office vice on a video call

I was previously with New Self and had several days before answers from the doctors. Since switching to General I have been almost instantly responded to and checked on often. I feel so fortunate. They also did not make me start all over at starting dose. I was able to continue where I was on treatment schedule. Happy girl!

Very convenient. Easiest way to be seen by doctors and get treatment. Everyone I've encountered has been so nice and compassionate. They are very attentive and listen to the patient.
