Great customer service and wonderful ring

Overall experience amazing. Very quick response and exquisite product.

I received such great guidance and support throughout the process. I chose to custom design my ring and I went from knowing absolutely nothing about engagement rings to feeling well empowered to make decisions that felt aligned with my vision.

For the ring to be made and shipped I didn't really have to wait that long. I was worried ordering a ring that I've only seen pictures of online but man does it look better in person. I am extremely happy with the ring and so is my now fiancé.

The ring is beautiful I just do not think it is durable enough I will be returning today

Gem&co is amazing! I lost one of my stones and sent it in to be fixed free of charge! It turned out my ring was so damaged that they decided to create a whole new ring for me also free of charge!! Liz Weaver is the best!! She was extremely helpful and kind and responded to all of my emails very quickly!

Ring arrived, looks beautiful, exactly what I'd ordered. Definitely different from what I had previously, so it's taking some getting used to, but that's not a bad thing. Customer service was responsive, and timeline from start to finish was quite quick, about a month. Arrived on my anniversary, which is what it was ordered for, so that worked out well!

My fiancé and I went into this thinking it was about to be a huge pain since we were so busy at the moment. But their customer service team accommodated to our needs and had us squared away with shipping labels (extended) and tracking info. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all, the ring repair team went off too. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
