I needed a custom engagement ring for my soon-to-be wife in under a month because we were long distance and had a spontaneous vacation planned in a place that was special to us. I didn't know when we would see each other next, so suddenly I found myself on a tight timeframe. With only a month to have the ring in hand, my local and well respected custom jeweler was out of the question because they needed a minimum of three months. Naturally I then looked at the major online retailers that we all know of, but I kept reading about inconsistent quality and customer service experiences, not to mention the top retailers mark up their lab diamonds like 7-8 times their fair retail value. So I spent literally three whole sleepless nights researching options online, and I finally somehow found Gema & Co. I submitted an initial email to them at around midnight on a Wednesday, and I could not believe it when they got back to me in less than an hour!! I sent them my design thoughts including specifics on the shape, size, etc. of the diamond I wanted, and they quoted me half of what the big online retailer wanted. I was skeptical at first but they assured me of their commitment to limit their margin to 12% or less. The person I worked with was always incredibly responsive, even on weekends in a couple of cases, and I ended up with EXACTLY the ring that my fiance had been dreaming of. Her and I have been getting rave compliments on this ring constantly from friends, family, and strangers. I had the ring inspected at the top independent jeweler in my city, and a ring maker himself inspected the ring and said that not only did I do "really good" for the money, but the quality was "way better" than anything I would have gotten from the major retailers. Not to mention of course the major retailers didn't offer exactly what we wanted because they don't do true custom jewelry. I could not recommend Gema & Co. enough - if you are considering them then I implore you to reach out today! PS guys if you've read this far, do yourself a favor and ask your girl to send you some examples of rings that she likes over the next couple of months. I never would have guessed exactly what she wanted, and she literally brags about me constantly for getting her the "perfect" ring.

Gema&Co has great quality rings. My wife has yellow gold rings with moissanite and she love them.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I’ve been dealing with Gema&Co And Liz Weaver for about 5 years now. They have custom made my wife’s engagement ring to the exact details I provided, later they polished and cleaned the ring, and most recently they swapped out the original moissanite stone for a Lab Diamond for my 5th year anniversary. All of this throughout 5 years, and they have never missed a beat with timely communication, and excellent service. Even when life got busy for me, and I was the slacker in communication, Liz and team was always ready to respond and deliver. Excellent company. Quality stones, product, and packaging.

Maybe unconventional, but I let my fiancée pick out her own ring. She was incredibly proud of her selection, and honestly, I was even more amazed when I saw it. Thank you for making the shopping experience so easy and for offering such an absolutely amazing and affordable product. The ring exceeded my expectations, and I’m very proud of the investment. Most importantly, she loves it—and that makes it worth every penny!
