Exactly what she wanted while surpassing expectations of the cut, clarity and setting

My husband and I have had 2 rings designed and completed with Liz and Josh from Gema&Co, and they are absolutely amazing. The process is so easy. The communication is thorough. The timeline is pretty quick considering. Cannot say enough good things! Super thankful to have stumbled upon them.

The team and Gema & Co has always been very responsive and their work is incredible. We had them create a set of earrings, an engagement ring, and a wedding band and all of the items were stunning.

Okay so this is gonna be a long one. I don’t ever write reviews for anything but this company deserves it. My fiancée and I had bought a ring from them. A moissanite ring with a hidden halo or something, I forget what the actual name of it was but I got that for my girlfriend now fiancée. Some time goes by and the gem had gotten loose a tony bit and so we had contacted them to fix it. They responded pretty quick and so we gave it to the USPS so ship it to them. The USPS had then lost the ring within 15 minutes of being in their possession. We we’re MAD!! we filed a complaint, an investigation, and we contacted Gem&Co. Once again they responded pretty quick. The USPS wasn’t letting us know what was going on Gem&Co was reaching out to them as well. It was a complete disaster. Gem&Co took matters into their own hands and just made a new ring for my fiancée and we couldn’t have been happier. In summary Gem&Co is a superb company that looks out for their customers and USPS should not be trusted.

I recently custom designed my wedding band with the help of Josh and Liz. I had a vision of what I wanted to pair with my engagement ring (also from Gema and Co) and they were both so responsive and helpful. They worked fast and were very communicative throughout the whole process. I received my wedding band yesterday and could not be more thrilled with how it turned out and how perfectly it goes with my engagement ring. Im kind of sad that I wont need another ring for awhile as everything I've purchased through Gema and Co has been so beautiful and outstanding.

Incredibly responsive customer service and ring. It sparkles like nothing I've ever seen and I catch my wife admiring the ring almost everyday! Thank you Liz and Josh!
