Great experience. I received the ring and my fiancé loved it. I had to make some adjustments and i found it to be very reasonable. I wish the shipment would be faster. However, i would recommend this to my close ones

Wonderful company that puts care and detail into the products they sell. I’ve purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from here as well as her wedding band. She is constantly getting compliments on her engagement ring and loves the wedding band that we just got in. The prices are competitive and the customer service is great.

When my fiance and I were picking out my engagement ring, we struggled to find an online jeweler that 1) was within our price range, and 2) allowed for some customization. I saw a recommendation for Gema&Co on the r/Moissanite page on Reddit and I'm SO glad that I checked them out. From our first chat conversation with Liz, we felt confident that they truly cared about getting me the ring I wanted within our budget. Liz and the others at Gema&Co were extremely attentive throughout the entire process, providing transparent communication about pricing & estimated production times, as well as just genuine care and kindness throughout the entire experience. We ended up going with a ~3.00ct (10x7mm) Resplendent Emerald Moissanite. When looking at rings, my fiance really loved the look of a hidden halo, but I didn't see any hidden halos on the Gema&Co site - but not to worry! I asked Liz if this would be possible and sent her a photo of what I was looking for, and she said yes right away! She was more than happy to add the hidden halo to give me the ring of my dreams. On top of all of that, my ring was done a couple of days before its estimated completion date, and it arrived perfectly within the estimated delivery window. I'll be recommending Gema&Co to ALL of my friends when it comes time for them to find their dream ring. Thank you, Liz and team!

I had some very unusual circumstances when placing my order. My son is in the U.S. Air Force, currently stationed in Aviano, Italy. He needed my assistance with placing the order, and Liz Weaver was my initial contact on 1/9/2024. Liz was exceptionally informative, helpful, and accommodating, as my son's leave was very uncertain at the time I placed the order. My main concern was the timing of the delivery date and the 30 day return policy. When I received the email with a projected arrival date, I then spoke with Josh, ( I think ), and he pushed out the delivery date for me, as I was out of town when the ring was expected to arrive. He was very helpful as well. The ring we ordered arrived on 2/10/2024. The day I received the package, my son wanted to see the ring via FaceTime, and he LOVED it! It is stunning!! He arrived home on 2/23 and he proposed to his girlfriend on 2/28. She is is thrilled!! She absolutely LOVES the ring, and it fits her perfectly! No need to return nor adjust the size. The craftsmanship is superb, and the customer service is as well. I would definitely recommend Gema & Co to anyone seeking outstanding quality and amazing customer service.
