I purchased a "Mini IT11 11th Gen Intel Core i7-i5 - i7-11390H 32GB RAM+2TB SSD" i7-11390H 32GB RAM+2TB SSD. on April 22nd 2023. I was very satisfied with this PC but, unfortunately, On November 28th 2023, the drive failed. The Geekom staff worked with me to try to resolve the issue but it could not be revived. They immediately sent me a replacement and it has been working flawlessly ever since. It was a fast & painless fix.

I am up to 7 GEEKOM minis (various models) and have not had a single issue with delivery or performance. Shipments have relatively quick since they are shipping through Amazon here in the US. I will eventually be replacing our company PC with GEEKOM's (about 20 units).

Tremendous bang-for-the-buck! Great PC, superfast, loads of RAM, plenty of storage. I use it for photo editing. Handles the Adobe suite very well. Had a little issue with delivery, which was handles expidiously, courteously, and professionally by Annie in Customer Support. I've been using the machine for a little over a month and am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend Geekom.

My T12 is everything they said it was and more. I've had Dells, HPs, IBMs, even built my own. This is the first system ever that just plain worked right out of the box. As an added bonus as compared to those brands, it comes completely free of junkware. No need to uninstall a mountain load of games, "utilities", and other useless software which the manufacturer gets paid to include in YOUR computer. Kudos to Geekom for a fine, honest product.

My laptop from 2009 is still running but stuck at Windows 10 and can't be upgraded. The Mini Air12 at $249 offered all the speed and storage capacity I needed at an unbelievably low price and it included Windows 11 Pro to boot which $199 value alone. The unit takes up no desk space because it attaches to back of your monitor. I'm glad I made the purchase and the learning curve to Windows 11 is minimal.

Ordering was easy and product came quickly. Have been using this little computer (Mini IT-12) is a high performer and is versatile with other devices. AND, it fits very nicely on my limited space work bench! Was a good buy.
