One thing I really appreciated was that GEEKOM first worked with me to troubleshoot the issue instead of immediately having me ship the computer back. Many problems can be resolved this way, saving customers time and getting them back up and running much faster. Unfortunately, my unit couldn’t be repaired remotely, but once that became clear, GEEKOM honored their 3-year warranty exactly as promised.
