It was easy to order online. I just received the laptop and have not had a chance to set it up Compared to most of the vendors for other brand, delivery was late - took time to ship and additional 5 days to receive it after receiving the email advising the unit is shipped as it was shipped FedEx ground. The unit arrived without any damage. The packaging was great and the unit looks great. I hope it will work as great as it looks for a long time.

it's good but fan makes sound sometime
Response from GEEKOMSep 2, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you’re enjoying your GEEKOM overall. We understand that the keyboard and touchpad feel is a matter of personal preference, and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve our products. Regarding the fan noise, occasional fan activity can occur as the system automatically adjusts cooling according to workload and temperature. However, we understand that a noticeable fan sound can be inconvenient. If you feel the noise is unusual or excessive, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team. We’ll be happy to look into it and assist you. Thank you again for choosing GEEKOM and for helping us improve. GEEKOM Support

I've only received part of my order. I'm still waiting on a mouse and keyboard.
Response from GEEKOMSep 2, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that you have not yet received the mouse and keyboard. Please kindly note that accessories may be shipped separately from the Mini PC, allowing us to prioritize the shipment of the main product and help ensure you receive it as quickly as possible. Your remaining items may therefore arrive in a separate package. We completely understand that receiving an incomplete order can be frustrating. If you encounter any delivery issue or if your remaining items do not arrive as expected, please contact us at [email protected]. Our Customer Support team will be pleased to personally follow up on your order and make sure everything is properly resolved. Thank you for your patience and for choosing GEEKOM. We truly appreciate your trust. GEEKOM Support

This little Geekom PC kicks butt! I was really surprised how fast it is. And it handles any of the graphic situations I have thrown at it with only the built in graphics. I did add 16 gb of ram to the two computers I bought but they were doing fine even before I added memory. They were very easy to setup and have plenty of ports to support my needs going into the future. I will definitely recommend Geekom to family and friends in the future.

It's a solid machine so far. IT13 Ultra 9 with Intel Arc Graphics w/Win11 Pro. Setup was easy. I did add 16GB of RAM and a 2TB storage drive without issue. I didn't notice any bloatware during setup, but it's my wife's computer. One thing I don't like is not being able to change the power plan from balanced to performance without going into BIOS. I'm considering GEEKOM for my next laptop. I use Arch, BTW.
