I ordered a Patagonia winter jacket and I'm an extra large in everything I wear. I even went on the Patagonia website to check my size dimensions and XL was what I needed. When I got the coat, the sleeves went past my hands and the jacket swallowed me. The nail in the coffin is that no refunds are excepted. Guess I'm stuck with this giant jacket. Thanks GearTrade!

[Not to be published with my name, please] All as I hoped -- delivery and product. I love my Montrail Molokini Sandals. They're great!!! My best, best shoes! I wear them every, every day!! They keep my feet from getting tired. I do not put them in the microwave anymore; (I only did it with the first pair I got years ago, but found this made no difference for me.) And I'm a 71 year old fairly good dresser. If I wear dresser shoes for an event, you can be sure these are waiting in the car for me. After about 8 years with 2 pairs of Montrail Molokinis, it was time to get a couple more new pairs. I'm so glad they're just like the old ones. For me these are more like FLIP FLOPS than sandals.

I adore geartrade, both for buying and selling, but on more than one occasion I've ended up with shoes that are too small, boots that are too big, and dresses that just don't fit. I really wish some sellers would allow returns within 48 hours or something. The chance at getting a bad fit keeps me from buying more often.

The scope of products, vendors and owners is great! It's difficult to not find what you're looking for, new and old. Pricing is typically fair and better brick and mortar store prices. The various sizing methods could be cleaned-up in addition to site navigation from a user experience point of view. Overall, a go-to source for gear.

I would buy from this seller again. Great experience.
