Hello Lou, Thank you for contacting us. We're very sorry about the issue with your order. If you can please send us an email at [email protected] with some pictures of the item you received with the following instructions: -A photo of the tag/label showing the size of the item. (required) -A photo of the full item on a flat surface showing the complete design. (required) -Any other photos you believe best demonstrate the issue. (optional) We’ll be happy to take a look at the issue you described. Regarding the delivery date of your order, we don't keep items in stock, all items are printed to order. We see that our Customer Service had to contact you because the address entered when you placed the order was incomplete; this kind of issues usually delay the printing and shipping of products. Even though the destination of your order was international, it was delivered just a few days after the estimated delivery date we provided. We hope to hear from you soon. Best, GearLaunch
