I wrote expressing my problem; and, within a week had a positive resolution. I was very unhappy with the color of the t-shirt I received and I believed it did not match the color described or shown. A one time resolution was arranged wherein I was to receive another like t-shirt the color of my choice and keep the first shirt. I am very pleased with the outcome of my Case. I love Trend-Teez shirts for multiple reasons and continue to purchase and wear them. I buy both long classic unisex and short sleeve and they fit and feel wonderful.

I had an urgent question because Canada Post just went on strike the day after I ordered and I let them know. The company responded within a couple of hours and let me know what stage my custom tee-shirt was at. I'm satisfied that the whole process is smooth and fast! Take care, from Alberta Canada!!!

My whole experience from start to finish was professional and reassuring. The design is beautiful, and I really hope it holds up in the wash because my girlfriend wears it almost every day. I joke though, she would like too though, I'm sure. She is in love with the shirt and mug.
