The best product for repair of cat scratches in leather on the market. The easiest to use with the least amount of work.

The gloves are comfortable but they are to big for me. Do you carry an extra small?
Response from Gear ElevationDec 17, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you find the gloves comfortable. Currently, we do not carry an extra small size, but we truly appreciate your suggestion and will pass it along to our product team for consideration. We hope you’re still able to enjoy your gloves, and thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts!

If I could give it a negative star I would. Scam artist. And when you ask to help address the issue, they ghost you. Stay far away.

Unauthorized automatic subscription after my first purchase. I sent e-mail to cancel the subscription and requested the refund, but there's no reply. The only message they send is about the advertisement. Then one day I was able to chat with Yvonne and promise me of my refund, but I have not received it..
Response from Gear ElevationDec 15, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We take concerns like this very seriously and want to clarify that we do not enroll customers in subscriptions without consent. That said, we understand how upsetting this situation must feel, and we regret the delay in communication you experienced. Regarding your case, we can confirm that your request was reviewed, and our team did process the cancellation as discussed. If a refund was promised during your conversation with Yvonne and has not yet reflected, we would like the opportunity to immediately review and resolve this for you. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details so we can verify the refund status and ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take a few business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and truly value your feedback—it helps us improve both our service and communication.

Again-such Shady practices. I read here that one person was offered a refund for the ‘mistaken’ $70 charges that occurred every three months. I was not offered the same deal-only an offer of cancellation. How does that work with this company? You have one practice for one customer and a different practice for another? I bought a $36 yoga mat and ended up being charged 10 times that amount in these fraudent charges-$360. Explain that please RESPONSE to GE answer: I have read your reply. This is FALSE. You last charged me on November 4th another 69.99 and there is NO RECORD of any refund. Please send me proof of this alleged refund. I still don’t understand how you justify having charged me $360 for a $36 yoga mat I bought 2 years ago. . You have not taken this payment scam off your website, despite the dozens of complaints about it. How is that possible?
Response from Gear ElevationDec 13, 2025

While we strive to be fully transparent and clearly disclose all digital services at checkout, we understand that these details can sometimes be overlooked. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Our records confirm that the subscription has now been canceled and that the most recent charge has been fully refunded. Although we recognize this may not be the exact resolution you were hoping for, we hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction while remaining consistent with our policies. Our goal is always to work directly with our customers to reach the most appropriate resolution. Should you need any further assistance or would like us to review additional options, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at [email protected], 888-353-8373, or via live chat.
