I ordered three pair of your dress sneakers. Two arrived and one didn't---#gatsbyshoes175276. I sent an email and Eva Cortex responded telling me that the third pair had not been paid for. I then sent my bank information showing all three had been paid for and she immediately arranged to have the third pair shipped and they arrived today. Better customer service does not exist and I hope you have system to reward your agents who can correct a problem on a timely basis. I will now wait to see if you will add a fourth color---grey.

I originally bought my husband his 1st pair as a Christmas gift and he loved them so much he asked for another color. When I went to order another color there was a special if you bought two at a time so now he has them in all 3 colors and loves them all. He gets complimented almost every time he wears them out.

Absolute garbage shoes. Took way too long to arrive. I ordered 2 pairs 13.5 wide. Nowhere near enough room in them. Quality is very cheap and doesn't look anywhere close to how they are represented on line. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!
