Great styling, fits well
I really like the shoe for its style. Quality seems good. Lots of compliments. The only complaint I have, and it’s just my personal preference, is that I’d like the heel to have more cushion.

Got a pair for Christmas
Got a pair for Christmas, tried them on, they are too small. Tried to returnd them for a refund or bigger shoe.Denied because they were purchased over 30 days ago. Look good but poor quality, no cushion in sole. Buyer beware. Now I'm being inundated with emails and texts offering 50% off. No thanks!

I have only had them a short time
I have only had them a short time, bit so far they are comfortable. I wear a 4E and the wide verision seems to be similar.

I never received a receipt.
I never received a receipt and was sent the wrong size. Cannot return shoes without proof of purchase (which I never received), however I was charged. Very frustrating!

Iam trying to return a pair of…
Iam trying to return a pair of defective shoes, broke down in less then 30 days. No help from the company. I have email over 10 times no response no help.

Package and timing of what I ordered…
Package and timing of what I ordered was great! The quality is a solid 7 and I'll have to buy inserts due to the none cushion. Over all not a bad product

Bot-driven customer service
I ordered my shoes in December. It took about 4 weeks to arrive without a lot of info on updates. When they arrived, the sizing was off so I asked to exchange them. Customer service gave me a convoluted instruction on how to return, which included putting info on the order and exchange request inside the return box and also emailing it separately (did i mention I had to pay for the shipping too?). Fast forward 30 days and I inquire about status. I get an email saying they were still waiting for my return to arrive. I track the return and see it was delivered 3 days after I sent it (with a picture). I send them the tracking info again and get an email apologizing but saying they still haven’t received it. I sent another email asking for someone to specifically confirm and I get a response that is EXACTLY the same email as the first one. No phone number on the website. Only an address to their warehouse in Orem. I have relatives in Utah and may have to have them visit to see if anyone is there. The $$ are not the issue. It is lack of respect for your customers and disinterest in helping them.

Gatsby falsely advertises 100% satisfaction
Gatsby states 100% satisfaction, do not believe this! The shoe arrived and is such bad quality. I emailed, sent photos and requested they take them back. I am on my fourth email communication, it’s unfortunate that the customer service is terrible. I would not suggest you purchase from this company, in fact read the Better Business Bureau reviews. I had to file a complaint.
