Shors are great they look good , professional for the office and stylish. Could use a little more cushioning inside need to get insoles but would definitely get another pair

I returned the shoes because, in my opinion, the sole was just a thin rubber sole and would not hold up as the touted 'orthopedic sole' advertised. I was really hoping to get something I could stand in all day at work. The tops look like plastic vinyl rather than leather. Just my opinion... The return process is intricate; which I followed to the letter and received my refund. I did notice that I had to ship them back at my expense and also pay a 10% restocking fee; so kind of waste of my money to even consider the return process. It's not really a free trial. The customer service responded quickly and return is within the US; but I also noticed the Italian shoes were supposedly shipped from China. At least that is what my tracking stated. It took about a week-and-a-half to get them.

After my parcel cleared customs in NL no further info on progress till Fastway courier knocked on door 8 days later

My shoes came fast and fit right, which is important because I’m a size 14.

It took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but otherwise satisfied.

It took awhile to receive but after getting them i have enjoyed them very much i get a lot of complaints on the way they look

The shoes are awesome, but they took forever to be delivered. I also did not receive notification that they shipped or when they shipped. This would help. But the shoes themselves are so comfortable and look great.
