purchased shoe, took forever to ship (shipped from outside US) delivery was never made, gatsby refuses to assist. They do not refund or replace items. Their customer service is HORRBILE do not but from them!!!

my review has nothing to do with quality of the product but this is mainly a warning to Canadians who order from this company, it can be very costly if the Shoes are not exactly as ordered such as size or color, in order to receive your refund they state you will receive a full refund but further down states 10% restocking fee. To ship from Canada to Gatsby in the US if you ship with tracking and insurance which you should it can cost about $41.00 This wont apply of course if you are happy with the product but this is only happen if you have a problem.

Shipping took a little longer than anticipated. Had to add an aftermarket insole to soften the shoe. Love the look and feel, am looking to more in a different color.

My husband really likes the shoes. Very stylish. They fit well and he says they are very comfortable. He also likes that he doesn’t have to tie any shoe strings. I got them as a birthday gift for him.

Had a problem getting my last pair of shoes. Didn't receive any update u til I emailed you. Got a quick k response and the shoe arrived that afternoon. Thank you. Your product is great.

Love the style and how comfortable these shoes are. I usually need a wide shoe, but the regular size ones I bought are a better fit than the wide ones. Both are awesome though.
