Ease of ordering

I contacted customer service. I re a loyal like shoes. I bought 3 colors. The left blue shoe is defective. It feels like there is something under my toe and it feels like the leather has a wrinkle. It is uncomfortable. My only complaint. Would like left blue shoe replaced

It took a while to get my order but when it came the Oxford shoes in all three colors were very stylish They looked exactly like their picture. My overall experience was very good and I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
