The response on the phone call was quick and I appreciated them calling me back promptly versus keeping me on hold until they could locate the part I was requesting. They shipped the part the same day and it arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the people who helped me. It was a very good experience.

Product was delivered as expected. product was good quality and was as described.

They did not represent that the item I ordered was out of stock. I paid for priority mail and a week later I call and found out they didn't even have the item.

It’s been over a month and still haven’t received my keypad

Their website apparently had a glitch and blanked out the street name of the shipping and billing address ( which were the same). Yes, I have shipped many things over the years via online and know how to fill out these forms so it wasn’t my mistake. Their shipping person apparently didn’t feel the need to take one second and confirm a complete address and just sent it out with just the house number. I never received the package, of course. When they were contacted they made it all about how they had no responsibility for that even though they confirmed they actually had a human doing the shipping. They wanted to charge me to ship it again and I said no. They then wanted to charge me a restocking fee, no way that’s happening. The person on the other end then relented after allegedly speaking with a manager and waived the restocking fee but not the shipping. I will never do business with these people again as it’s utterly ridiculous that their brain dead shipping person doesn’t take the time to review shipping addresses and then no responsibility is taken for that.

The whole online ordering and receiving process was easy fast. The products shipped very well and with great instructions for replacement. Ordered twice from this company with same results. Will order again if need be.
