I am first told that a product is available, I order it, then a week later am told that you have no idea when it will ship. Unacceptable.

Daryl, We have cancelled and credited your card back, unfortunately those boards are on backorder from Liftmaster we have been getting them in limited supply and they are allocating to the older orders first. Very sorry we could not not help you.
