Seems it was slow to ship.

I had questions about the item I purchased and attempted to ask by calling your number. I was on hold for over 15 minutes the first time with no contact and with less patience only about five minutes the second time. I decided you were not really interested or were too busy so I go my own way and will not use your services any more.

We purchased two items. One was not available. Totally understandable. But we should not have been held for 10 days without notice that the item was on back order. Your system should be real time. Repairs usually can't wait. So we have to source it (and not waste time).

Shipping charge too high. We are in Hawaii, but is still part of US. Amazon offers free shipping for Hawaii customers too. Dislike business that discriminate Hawaii customers by charging us shipping costs that continental US receives free shipping promotion!

They sent me a text that if I ordered today I would receive free shipping. The lady called me and said it wasn’t included on my order and she cold show me the policy. That’s not what the text said or didn’t show the policy on the text. I believe this is false advertising at its fullest.
