The garage door accessory we ordered arrived undamaged and has worked properly for over a year now...was not able to be found elsewhere...thanks gatehouse!!

I have not yet install the parts I …
I have not yet install the parts I order. I was disappointed with the mower blade. I was ordering the blade for the ZERO Turn mower. Years ago $ 35 would cover the cost of 3 blades. I looked but might not looked hard enough to see the cost was for ONE BLADE ONLY I will have to verify that this is the correct blade and then order 2 more. Otherwise i was please with the order process

False Advertisement
I ordered a liftmaster 8500w from your website based on availability. Your site stated the unit was In Stock and ready to ship. That is NOT the case. After calling to check order status, i was told that you are waiting for Liftmaster opener to be shipped from vendor. This is not good business and very inconvenient. If you say product is in stock, then it should be in stock and shipped within 2 days! I could have already received the same opener had i ordered from Amazon. If you do not have a product on hand ready to ship, that happens and is fine but provide that information to the buyer at checkout.
