Got what I needed, in a timely manner! Good product for a good price!

I have no complaints regarding the product I ordered or the fulfillment of the order by Gatehouse Supplies. The product arrived a few days after the order was placed and the shipping package was in fine shape. The instructions that came with the product was very thorough and a big help in making the repair. I took a few pictures of the unit as I was disassembling it to make sure I reconnected the wires properly and except for some adjustments to the opening and closing of the door everything went smoothly.

I ordered a couple of garage door openers and weeks later, when they didn't come - I checked the status and it was still pending delivery. When I ordered the remotes, they were listed as available and I was led to believe that they would be shipping immediately. I had to contact customer service to get a ship date and they told me they could not give me one because there was no estimated date of these items coming back into stock. I am giving this one star because you should not allow someone to order a product that is not in stock AND charge their credit card for a product with no known availability date. When I cancelled the order, I was also told that a refund would be pending for a few days. Unacceptable.

Order was fulfilled and shipped promptly, at an affordable price.
