Poor customer service. They sent me the wrong item and when I requested the correct item to be sent they tried to charge me more than what I had originally paid! They messed up on the pricing originally. Which is and should not be on the customer. That is 100% on Garmentory. I requested to have the correct item sent and at the price I origanally paid. They refused to budge. So for $8 you lost a customer that would be spending 100s of dollars. Awesome buisness sense.

I was amazed at how well my first Garmentory experience went. I live in New Zealand and my item was in a store in Portland U.S at an unreturnable sale price. The Garmentory customer service was faultless with a speedy dispatch and very quick trip to NZ. There was a personal note from the retailer in the bag and the item was immaculate. I wasn't sure it was all going to work out- or even if I could trust Garmentory but thanks team- the experience was seamless and I love my Paloma Wool top ( unavailable in my size in NZ). Recommend 100%.

As frustrating as shopping on Garmentory can be at times bc they’re just the “middle-person” intermediary btwn clients/shops I must share they have some of the most superb efficient customer support I’ve experienced from an online “retailer” They’re also aiding and assisting small businesses to thrive ...Garmentory is extremely flexible with any issues/inquiries u may have as a client. They go above & beyond to resolve all matters. I’m officially a Garmentory client for as long as possible ...they’ve earned my business and then some 💪🌟

I've ordered a few things from Garmentory and they've all been great. Had trouble with one thing but customer service was great and they gave me a replacement

The team at Garmentory work super fast to see if i would be able to ask for a exchange for a product I purchased that did not fit. I reached out on a Friday when I originally got the item and by Monday everything was resolved. They were also super kind a very communicative throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend for supporting your local boutiques online and buying designer pieces.
