Missing items
I am still waiting to receive the garlic sets I ordered. I was not notified of any problem with that order.

Love the product. Basically good customer service. But, does NOT indicate upfront what happens if you pay through PayPal.
Love the product. Just what I was looking for. I did talk to one of your customer service people about the issue an was told it was out of your hands. If I would have known up front, I would have just paid through my credit card to start with instead of going through PayPal. I had enough funds in my PayPal to cover both transactions so I don't know why my credit card was even involved. One was Oct. 2, 2020 and the other Oct. 10, 2020. Apparently, your company puts a hold or something on my credit card but then deducts the amount charged when the product is shipped. When I go to my PayPal Account, today Oct, 23, it shows the above two transactions are still pending through my credit card even though the amounts have been paid through my PayPal Account. Not pleased. Much prefer a quick transaction instead of trying to figure out what your company did, what PayPal did, what my Credit Card did. I have NEVER had this happen before with any other purchase with any other company. At least give me a heads up in big red letters that this will get at least temporarily charged to me twice, and now three weeks later, still marked as "pending".

Always love the products
Always love the products. My only complaint is that the price was a little high and I called the company about a volume discount. They could offer none. I didn't realize that I had a 15% off coupon in email from my last order, so didn't use it. Would have been nice if they had checked their records and noticed I was a repeat customer.

The wagon is wonderful
The wagon is wonderful. Putting it together is not what you might call "easy" ... a socket wrench and extender are really necessary to make the assembly go smoothly. It is well-built, well-fitting, and incredibly sturdy. Highly recommended.

Made in China, not USA
My only disappointment is that the plant stands were made in China. I would have paid more for them made in USA. The shelves are beautiful and work well for the plants I bring inside each winter.

My problem with order corrected
I had to speak to a salesperson because I could not find where to enter a gift card. The salesperson, not only helped me with my order and got it corrected, but was very friendly as we shared about my square foot gardening and using your products. Great
