The self watering raised planter is back order till November. So, I can't review, but I am very pleased with all the planters I got from you.

I was upset that the gift I sent my…
I was upset that the gift I sent my mother was missing the personalized message I wrote and got even more upset when I found out that a) my brother was on the phone for an extremely long time trying to find out who sent this to his [my] mother and b) that he found out how much I spent... NOT GOOD AT ALL...

steady customer
I have had several orders recently. The items are usually easy to comprehend, but I had some trouble with the configuration of one of them. The customer service is outstanding. The people who helped me took a very long time with me and were extremely helpful in solving my problems. My most recent order was delivered in about 4 days. Great company.

You accepted my payment before you…
You accepted my payment before you informed me the merchandise I ordered was not in stock. You effectively guaranteed I would not shop other sources to find my required product. I think that is not a good business model. I also think you are stirring the pot now by asking how you did before I receive my product. Again, not to smart to make me remember how far out you are on my order. Quite frankly, I had forgotten since the season is almost over. Thanks for the reminder about how I felt about getting screwed.
