Plant caddies
Third or fourth time we’ve ordered our outdoor pot caddies. Good value but they do rust after a couple of seasons where the wheels don’t work. Also have to varathane the wood to make em last! Otherwise great service. Delivered quickly as promised. Might recommend a hardier caddy with outdoor treated wood and corrosion resistant wheels. Willing to pay more for them if they last a while longer!! Ace hardware carries some but not square only rectangular and a bit too large.

I have been using this company since…1993
I have been using this company since the early 1990's, back then as a landscape designer; now as a home gardener. Their service department has always been stellar, if there were any issues they would sort them out to the best of their ability. Most issues I have had have been the fault of the transit company and, occasionally, the manufacturer. For the rest, the quality has been what I expected and needed from my gardening suppliers. Thank you, staff owners.

Tub trugs and carts - love'em
I love the tub trugs and other products, though I have not put them all to use yet. The issues with shipping a few months ago seem to be reolved. I am still waiting on 2 back ordered items. I always see something in the catalogue I want to buy next.

Was excited to order the Allium bulbs…
Was excited to order the Allium bulbs on September 26 anticipating 5-10 days to ship. Had to call to check on delivery 2 weeks later. Was notified ship label printed October 12 and would be notified when shipping happened with anticipated delivery date. Had to call again to check status. Received order October 22 with no notification. Not a very efficient system.

The experience of ordering the product…
The experience of ordering the product was just fine but I was very disappointed that it is on back-order and will be of no use for my fall garden.
