I had warranty work done on my travel trailer that I purchased at general rv and was not happy with them. Stephanie was my service contact and got all my issues resolved and always keep me updated. I was so happy with the service department and the work that was done. They both went over and above my expectations. I will purchase my next rv from them. Ty again gander rv in Bartow

Horrible experiences ordering guns online from them. First time I ordered a gun they told me almost a week later that it was actually back ordered and there was a computer glitch. The second time they told me that they needed new card info and that their website didn't save it. He said my gun would be there the next week no problem. And someone else told me that the order didn't go through. I then gave it one more shot tried to buy a different gun and then called and they said the order was canceled. Yet they're still pending charges on both of my cards. When you call them and they act like they don't know what's going on and even got hung up on. They send you a web reference number in a confirmation number but they can't find it in the system. Terrible computer platform and customer service it's obsolete. If you want it done from them go in there physically and buy it don't buy online. It's a shame because it would be a convenient way to buy firearms. Too bad they're going to lose my business now.

Steven Hozella is terrific. We were at the Hamburg store. He spent over three hours trying to help us find the right travel trailer. We placed a $500 deposit. A few days later; we decided it did not fully suit our needs. After notifying Stephen, it took only two days for our money to be be credited back. Even though we could not find a trailer at our price level, I would reccomend Stephen as the man to see. We still had a great experience and would highly recomend him.

Ordered dockmate fenders almost 2 weeks ago repeated attempts to find out when my order would ship they finally told me after almost 2 weeks that the item was backordered

I don’t know how they got so many boneheads in one place. Nobody has a clue about their units they are trying to sell. Then they make you wait for hours & hours to find anything out.won’t even buy a lite bulb there holy moly!🤬

Awful experience! They kept telling me my order would ship any day and then after over 2 weeks they said it won't be in stock for over 3 months. Then said it will take another week to open a return claim to see if they will return my money. F this company.

I ordered an item and I waited patiently. 3 weeks after my purchase it said it shipped, except a week later it never made it to fedex. So I contacted customer support. They said a different department will call me, a week later I had to contact support again because no one called. Of course they said they put a transferred my inquiry to another department and they will call me. Now a month and a half later I’ve decided to just cancel the order that was said to be shipped according to them and yet never made it to Fedex. Said 3-5 business days for a refund, but I’ll probably have to contact them again after that. NEVER BUY HERE ONLINE. Maybe their physical stores have better luck

Tried to purchase a slide for my cooler. No confirmation it was in stock (Said it was). So I called customer service, be prepared to wait 3-5 business days for any question. Followed by another 3-5 business days when you call back for another delay. This went on for 40 days when I again got a 3-5 business day wait time to check with shipping as to availability of item....I cancelled the order and will NEVER do business with them or their affiliates.
