We just left Gander Outdoors Wichita Ks & the service dept Mgr TJ Cody assisted us with our issue. He listened to our problem & came out to our unit to looked at our INCOMMAND module. He went back inside to get necessary tools then came back out & hands on fixed our problem. He also had Matt & another tech repair the underbelly. They did a great job!! Kudos!! In my opinion this is excellent customer service above & beyond the scope of upper management. We had a great visit. He was beyond helpful & Really a great guy!! Kudos!! Don’t waste your time! Orders take forever to ship and customer service doesn’t care! Called 2 weeks after ordering planning to cancel and service member told me it would be shipped and arrive in time for my vacation. Nope! It was not shipped for another 8 days on turtle speed shipping with an arrival date the day after I leave for vacation! Had to call and cancel as they refused to expedite it. Now I have to wait for them to receive it before I can be issued a refund even though it never made it out of California wheee it was shipped from! Literally the worst experience ever with a store!

I ordered an outboard motor and realized it was the wrong size. I quickly tried to cancel my order but you couldn’t cancel online. I quickly called customer service to find out I have to wait until the order gets to them before I cancel. Sure, that’s after my credit card was charged!!! I called them back when my credit card was charged and the order was supposedly cancelled. It’s been over 2 weeks and still no credit on my credit card. Make sure you order what you need, otherwise you may end up with interest charges on your credit card for a purchase you never received.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU. Me and my wife were coming back from Branson and I looked up to see the side of my camper was bowing out so we pulled over to inspect we didn't see any reason for the wall to come apart. We called for first available appointment. Its a defect and wouldn't you know the 3 year structural warranty is 18 days expired and they aren't willing to help me in anyway. 18 days are you kidding me? so they want $2800 to fix it and hey the "half owner" even called to try and sooth it over SERIOUSLY! I will never do business with these people again as a 100% Disabled Veteran I recommend no military or veteran do business with this company MMC (SW/AW)Andrew Dick (retired)

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO GET YOUR ORDER WITH IN A YEAR IF YOU GET IT AT ALL. DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I cancelled an order within minutes of placing it. I thought the order would ship right away and after found out it would take 2 weeks just to leave warehouse!! I spoke to two agents after waiting over 20 minutes each time. Both said they would cancel it. They did not cancel order. Now trying to return items and it is ridiculous trying to get through, I am sure they will insist on me paying return fees. Their agents are terrible. And no store is near me to return items. By the way you don't find out that it takes 2 weeks for your order to leave the warehouse until AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER!

Terrible customer service. More than 2 weeks to ship an in stock order. No explaination just they are slow. Unbelieveable poor response.

Our RV, 2021 Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler, was found to be damaged at pickup after an extended stay at Camping World/Gander RV. Jack was bent. This was not present at the walk around inspection at drop off, yet Camping World refused to shoulder responsibility. Also, our rig was with Camping World for three months. The team there could not find anything wrong. They sent the rig home twice without diagnosing, and of course not repairing, the problem. An independent RV repairman diagnosed the problem OVER THE PHONE! We told Camping World and we were right! With the help of that skilled person, the bumbling boobs at Camping World finally diagnosed and sent us photos to prove that the CONVERTER had been WIRED INCORRECTLY AT TGE FACTORY. Shouldn’t this have been found pre-sale?? Not to mention after three months at their facility? We had to cancel a glorious trip because it then took another week to get the part in. We will never go back there. This is the third rig we have purchased there, but our other two were bought when it was RV World. Customer Service has gone downhill and so has skill level.
