how can I rate you when I haven't gotten the controller yet
We haven't received the controller yet very disappointed my son was looking forward to playing with it

Terrible
Ordered hand controller on 12/11/2013 and still haven't received my order! Try to call the company an there's never no answer an after several messages I left,....still no return calls! I stopped payment an hopefully they don't send my product! I will get it else where!!!

Hi Sharon, I'm sorry no one returned your phone call! I looked up your order and it is in our build room to be built today. I will pull it and have your order cancelled. Most custom controller company do have a increased build time during the holidays since we are small companies!

Service Stinks
It has been three weeks since I ordered my moded controller (ordered 12/10/2013) and it still hasn't shipped. I have had no communication about the reasons why this is taking so long. I ordered this for my son's christmas and they told me that everyone was upgraded to priority shipping. Upon my last login to their website (12/31/2013) it still shows it hasn't shipped. With the lack of communication on their end, it's hard to say why this is taking so long. To their credit, I ordered a mod last year and received it promptly. I don't understand why they dropped the ball this year. Their website says it could take 10-14 days to ship. I am now in my fourth week of waiting and with no response from gamermod. Very Disappointed!!!

Hey Bryan! I'm sorry you have been waiting so long! We have fallen a bit behind schedule with the massive amount of Christmas orders this year. I checked on your order and it is in the front of the line in our build room so it will be built today and shipped tomorrow (no postal service today for New Years) Sorry again for the significant delay and we hope you love your controller when you receive it! The Blue Chrome looks awesome!

Still waiting...
Ordered an Xbox 360 controller on Dec.10th. and have not received it yet. It was suppose to be a holiday gift...but not anymore... I understand that there may be 2 or 3 days delay due to the holidays, but the new year is upon us and the status on my order is still ' In Progress'. I hope that the delay/waiting is worth it. Waiting and waiting...

To be desired
I was told that I would have the product Monday before Christmas, so I called and the lady told me that it would be shipped the following Monday, and according to the website, still not sent. Really hard to get a hold of, the recording says to email for faster results so I did and it's been a week with no response. I really hope the product is better than what has been shown so far.

When a concern was raised about shipment, I received a quick response to my inquiry.
Website was easy to access and place order, with a quick confirmation email indicating order had been received. About a week after the 7-10 days (build time) had passed and I hadn't received notification on shipment, I sent an inquiry which I received a quick response with a shipment date. Package was received on the date provided, and the product was in perfect working order. Appreciated the quick responses, but wish it would have been delivered earlier (based on the order date) as it didn't make it in time for Christmas as expected.

Awesome controller......
The controller is one of the best I have owned. Very easy to setup and switch between programs. The controller looks awesome.

took my money and received nothing
I had placed an order for a mod controller on Dec 10th for my son for a Xmas present my money was taken out on Dec 13th and as of today 12/31/13 I haven't received anything. Horrible service. Will be calling my bank to get my money back.

Hi Louise, I looked up your order and your PS4 has already shipped! If you did not receive a tracking number please let us know and we will send it to you. We upgraded your shipping as well. Sorry for the delay we have received an very large amount of christmas orders and are working hard to get them all built and shipped!
