I still haven’t received it I’m super disappointed it was a total scam what a shame they stole my money I’ll sue you guys Im not playing games!

I ordered my sons controller on February 19th. I recieved the shipment on march 5th or 6th. One week after my sons birthday. No where on the site had any details about how long it takes to build and send so i had no idea. My fault here. Order goes in on the 19th of February and it stays in processing for three weeks. Then goes into build and test. Great we are almost done! Not really though. Goes into finishing a week later and i get a message about contacting them about my build. So i call... 4. 5. 6. Times and cant get anyone on the phone. I also emailed a few times as well. Finally i get a email back stating we are discontinuing the hydrodip or whatever they call it. I had ordered a green zombie theme on the shell. So i replied back keep everything the same but change the shell to a green chrome. No answer back but my order goes back to the processing stage for another week. Then a build again.... then back into finishing. This took another 2 weeks. So i rcieved the conroller and inspected it. Its a cool controller but it came a week too late and its not what i really ordered. No zombie shell and it came with clear thumb sticks and not green transparent thumb sticks that i ordered. To top it off i wasn't refunded anything like this is ok to them. Im a chef and you get what you pay for in my line of business. I dont feel i got what i paid for. A little dissapointing actually. But the mods work great! But not a 200 dollar controller....

They falsely confirmed my total order without telling me that they no longer had one of my requested items in stock. On top of that they decided to charge me for it and just ship the order without it. Only when I complained, did they let me know that they no longer had the item. When I asked for a refund, they ripped me off for 50 cents on a $4.99 item (Chrome PS4 triggers), only refunding me $4.49. And if by any chance I wanted to return my order, their policy is to refuse to refund the almost $10 that I paid for 3-day shipping, which by the way is the ONLY shipping option AND it took 5 days to arrive from the date that it was shipped. Futhermore, the website says that processing generally takes 1-4 business days but my order was processing for 3 weeks. The only things I ordered were a d-pad, the XCTS buttons, thumbsticks, bumpers, and triggers for PS4 controller. Very poor experience with this company, and they offered no immediate apology for screwing up the order. UPDATE: I am updating my review to three stars because after further complaint, they decided to completely refund my order. Also, they did not rip me off for 50 cents on my original refund; this is because I had a discount coupon on my order and their system refunded me based on my discounted price. Either way, I will not be ordering from this company again.

My experience with gamermodz didn't go so well the paint on my buttons that they put on my controller started to peel rub off from moderate use within a month and also my controller won't run in Black ops and I don't know why because my primary game that I play is GTA 5 which doesn't require to push the thumb stick down I did purchase the warranty but I don't know if it covers that type of stuff.

Yea So I tried to switch kill on gta 5 online but it won't switch for some reason but all the mod work and i could aim on people but i could not switch kill ? switch kill something like when the enemy is dead , you just have to move a little movement of your right analog stick and it will switch the aim onto the other enemy that's switch kill . But with this controller i can't? And i check that im on Assisted Aim Full but i still can't switch kill . On the normal controller i can switch kill ?

I love the controller with all the detail but it took about three weeks to come if it can faster it would of been a five
