good company, trustworthy, delivered product on time.
Good company.... Lacks a few options like pink led light. Good product and good speed. Would have liked a printed instruction manual.

Easy to use website, quick shipping, and great product.
I ordered a yellow colored shell and blue colored buttons for a xbox one controller that I'm building. It's to go along with some CNC aluminum joysticks, and buttons I have (Parts only option, which I love since I can swap them out in the future). The shell I ordered was a yellow colored plastic which make the controller easier to assemble compared to painted ones. I will order from them again.

Disappointed
Had it for 45 minutes of play time and r2 button broke set it in 3 weeks later get it back. Then within 30 minutes of playing the r2 button now will some times stay on and empty every clip until out of ammo. Don't feel like sending back in just dealing with it.

Gary, Every controller is thoroughly tested before shipment whether it's a new build or repair. I am not sure why you are having the issue that you are. We don't want you to just "deal with it", we want to fix it! Please contact us so that we can resolve your issue.
