They responded extremely quick to the question I had regarding my son's controller. The serivce tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all our question and took the time to show my son how things worked on his new controller.

This controller is useful but the first she'll I received had a metallic cover that would not allow it to transmit. Otherwise pretty happy.

I found GamerModz to be an AWESOME representation of what they build. They were not only upfront about the time it would take to build a modified controller for my son, they sent us an email letting us know when we could expect the device to be completed and packaged for delivery. The process did take nearly four weeks, but that is the price you pay for quality work. They don't just have modified controllers laying around to ship, they built it to the specifications that he requested. As a result he is extremely happy with his purchase. All of the features that he ordered work to his satisfaction and he and I would both recommend GamerModz to anyone interested in purchasing an advanced gaming component. Well done!
