As described, with real people to talk to!!
We ordered what we wanted, concerned with shipping date, we emailed for expected delivery date. They actually called to speak with me to explain their normal time frame, it was then shipped as promised! Unit has had no problems in the two months we have owned it. Not many companies bother with this kind of service!!!! Thank you!!

controller came out great
The controller came out great. They did an amazing job on the paint and the mod works amazing

TOOK WAAAAAAAAYY TOO LONG
The controller are okay, not that durable and held together. Took over an ENTIRE month to get!! It's cheap, but USE A DIFFERENT WEBSITE, THIS IS WAY TO LONG FOR HOW MUCH YOU ARE PAYING,

Julian, We are sorry you are not happy with your item. All orders do have a build time due to there being over 5 million different combinations you can make when designing your own controller. Multiply that by 4 different consoles and that is over 20 million different combinations. I have searched our records and we have not received any correspondence with you in regards to issues you are experiencing with your purchase. Please contact customer service by phone or email so that we can make you a happy and long time customer.

Waiting Again
It took almost a month to the day to get my Juggernaut controller but I can understand if they're in high demand. Unfortunately when mine finally arrived it had several problems. The main one is that it continuously disconnects from the console. I tried swapping battery packs and even just running the power cable without a battery and it still does the same thing. Several of the mods it has don't seem to work or stop working so maybe it's all tied into the same disconnect problem. Now I'm trying to get it back for service and they haven't responded to my last 3 emails and their phone number only has a recording. They offer a 7 day refund policy and although I did contact them within that time frame it doesn't do a lot of good if they don't respond!!!

Roger, We have responded to every email you have sent us. We have also sent a repair form and pre-paid return label to you multiple times. I can only assume that our emails, including the emails containing the repair forms and return labels, are ending up in your junk mail folder or are being block by your email provider. Please email customer service if you haven't received these items. We want to make you a happy customer!

Great company
Product received was as ordered. Website was a little frustrating for order updates. Took longer than the said time to receive controller by about 2 weeks. Other than that we are satisfied.
