people was great the product was a little hard to get used to using but other than that I love it

I have ordered several products from Gamermodz and have always received my shipment within a few weeks, as advertised. I've ordered parts as well as brand new controllers and am happy with every order. My latest order came with a part missing due to the painting process, but a quick email later and 24 hours later I had the part in my hands. I already have plans to place another order with Gamermodz. Sorry, wallet!

The controller did what it was supposed to do. The customer service was exceptional when we needed to sync the new controller with the game system. The customer service team walked us through the process and made sure the product was working before we hung up. They really are a super group of people.

My son saw this website that he could design his own controller for his XBox One. After numerous choices he finally came up with his own original controller and absolutely loves it so much that he kept the box it came in and that's where it sits once he is not playing it. He has started designing the next one he wants for Christmas. When I had questions in regards to the mods on it, Colin was very helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! I ordered the wrong shell for my new ps4 controller by mistake, notified Gamer Modz and they said without hesitation, "send it back and we will get the shell you really want!" This is at no additional charge, amazing. Turnaround was quick and before I knew it, the updated (candied version) controller came in. I was stunned and amazed on how good it looked. The best part is it works flawlessly! Easy instructions on how to configure, AWESOME performance, FANTASTIC price (ALL the features), and INCREDIBLE fast top notch service to go with it. I have purchased a modded controller (ps3) with another company before this one and the wait was painfully over a month. Gamer Modz is superior in looks, quality, price, and has the best customer service by far. Needless to say, there is no need for another Modded controller company for me, Gamer Modz is it!!!

I made a parts only purchase from them for every part except the d-pad and an extra shell. Took about 3 weeks before i got my order, which was just a little longer than i expected of them. When it got here, all the pieces looked tons better than on the website. They even sent me the screwdriver needed for assembly. The only thing wrong with appearance was a tiny bit of fading on the back of one of the shells, but it still looked great. In terms of how the parts worked, the bumpers i ordered didnt fit properly, and the battery pack was too loose. More specifically, the left bumper button would be pressed down by the shell and i wouldnt be able to release it, and the battery pack can't establish a secure enough connection without the use of some tape. I just replaced those two parts with black stock parts and it ended up looking great. When it comes to customer service, I thought they were great. I e-mailed gamermodz on a couple occasions and received fairly quick replies answering my questions. I would recommend this site to almost everyone.

GamerModz did a superb job on my controller. Icing on the cake was that they were super informative, friendly and responded right away! Never going anywhere else!

This controller works perfectly for me it's a well built controller and was worth the wait. I will be sure to buy more from you guys and I will also tell my team to look at you guys. And they will love these just like I do.
